What Happens After I Send the Form?
- We reply within one business day to set a time to come out.
- We measure and look at the base and drainage. That takes about half an hour and you do not need to be home for it.
- You get a written estimate that explains what the surface needs, including when the honest answer is nothing yet.
Estimate Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. No charge for the visit, no charge for the written estimate, and no obligation to go ahead. We would rather quote a job properly than guess from a photo.
Do I need to be home for the site visit?
No, as long as we can see and measure the surface. Most estimates take about half an hour. If you want to walk it with us, tell us on the form and we will set a time that suits you.
How soon can the work start?
It depends on the season. October to May is the busy window and books up, so the earlier you get an estimate in, the sooner your slot. In summer we schedule around the afternoon storms.
Do you work outside Sarasota County?
Our core area is Siesta Key and Sarasota County, including Osprey, Nokomis and Venice, plus Bradenton. If you are just outside that, ask on the form. If we cannot get to you we will say so straight away.
